Saundarya Beauty Studio (“Saundarya Beauty Studio”) values customer satisfaction and has developed this Refund & Cancellation Policy to outline the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for services booked through our platform.
Service Bookings:
- Customers wishing to receive services at home must register on the site and select from the available services. Bookings should be made in advance as per company requirements.
Service Availability:
- Services depend on online booking availability and acceptance. Saundarya Beauty Studio does not guarantee professional availability at all times. If the professional cannot attend, and it is not due to the customer’s fault, service charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days, provided the customer chooses to cancel the booking.
No Changes Post-Purchase:
- Requests for changes to purchased services will not be accepted.
Right to Accept or Decline Bookings:
- Saundarya Beauty Studio reserves the right to accept or decline bookings after receipt. Customers will be informed in advance if their booking is declined, and any payments made will be refunded.
Incorrect Pricing and Booking Errors:
- If services are listed at an incorrect price or with errors, Saundarya Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel such bookings, even if confirmed. Refunds will be issued where applicable.
Promotional Services:
- Add-on or promotional services offered along with booked services will not be available if the main service is canceled by the customer.
Compliance with Cancellation Policy:
- Customers are bound by the Cancellation Policy and cannot hold the company responsible for losses due to cancellations.
